§ 19-6. Permit fees.

No permit for the keeping, storing or transporting or possession of any high explosives, fuse or electric blasting caps shall be issued except upon the payment of the following fees: all permits, fifteen dollars ($15.); provided, however, that there shall be no fee for the issuance of a permit to a school or educational institution approved by the Board of Regents of the State of New York. Such permit when issued shall be in force from the date of issue until the end of the calendar year.
