§ 19-5. Police approval required for permit.

No permit hereunder shall be issued without first obtaining the approval of the Bureau of Public Safety of the Nassau County Police Department, in writing, and a permit from the Industrial Commissioner of the State of New York as referred to in § 19-2 of this ordinance, and a copy of each approval and permit shall be attached to any application for a permit hereunder.
