§ 39-26. Rules and regulations.

The rules and regulations, as well as penalties, set forth in this chapter for Town parks shall apply to all gardens, botanic gardens and bird sanctuaries. The Commissioner shall adopt any additional or unique rules and regulations governing the use and operation of all gardens, botanic gardens and bird sanctuaries subject to the approval of the Town Board.
