§ 39-25. Gardens, botanic gardens and bird sanctuaries.

The Commissioner and/or Deputy Commissioner in charge of gardens shall have jurisdiction to regulate and control the botanical plantings and related maintenance and operation of gardens, botanic gardens and bird sanctuaries whether the same is now or hereafter owned or acquired by the Town of North Hempstead in fee or otherwise, including all land under and space above the surface of the ground.
