§ 19-4. Discharge of explosives prohibited; exceptions.

No person shall discharge any firearms, rockets, gunpowder, firecrackers, torpedoes, blasting caps, dynamite or other explosives within the Town of North Hempstead, except that persons having a duly issued license or permit to carry or possess concealed weapons and persons having duly issued gunning or gaming licenses or permits shall not be required to first obtain the permit hereinbefore mentioned in § 19-3 hereof before using such firearms so permitted within the intent of such license or permit.
