§ 7-4. Administration and enforcement.

A.
The administration and enforcement of the Building Code shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead.

B.
The Commissioner of the Department of Building Safety Inspection and Enforcement shall be responsible for the administration of the Building Code.

C.
The Commissioners of the Department of Building Safety Inspection and Enforcement and the Department of Public Safety shall be responsible for the enforcement of the Building Code.
