§ 75-8. Removal of abandoned or unsafe Wireless Telecommunications Facilities.

A.
If it has been determined that a wireless telecommunications facility is abandoned or has become unsafe or that there have been recurring, repeated or continuing violations of any of the provisions of this chapter, the Commissioner of Building and Safety Inspection and Enforcement may revoke an antenna location permit or the Town Board may revoke a Special Permit.

B.
Upon written notice to the former holder of the revoked permit, the wireless communications facility shall be removed.

C.
Upon revocation of any permit issued pursuant to this chapter, the provisions of § 28-37 of this Code, entitled "Continued violation," shall be applicable, if deemed necessary by the Commissioner of Building and Safety Inspection and Enforcement.
