§ 70-148.12. Height.

A.
No building shall exceed two stories, with a maximum height of 35 feet, except as noted in § 70-148.12B.

B.
For all uses authorized under § 70-148.5B, no building shall exceed a total of three stories, with a maximum height of 45 feet.
