§ 70-138. Permitted uses.

  • A building may be erected, altered or used and a lot or premises may be used for any of the purposes set forth in this Article and for no other:
    A. 
    All permitted uses set forth in Article XVI applicable to Business A Districts.
    B. 
    Shops for carpenters, hand cabinetmaking, furniture repair or upholstery, electrical work, hand metalworking, blacksmith, tinsmith, new and unused plumbing, gas, steam or hot water fittings, bicycle repair.
    C. 
    Barber, drafting, hairdressing or secretarial schools.
    D. 
    Medical or dental laboratories.
    E. 
    Radio or television studios.
    F. 
    Research laboratories in electronics or precision instruments.
    G. 
    Accessory uses on the same lot and customarily incidental to any of the above permitted uses, except for accessory drive-through facilities, which shall be subject to the provisions of § 70-203T, and for below-grade parking structures, which shall be subject to the provisions of § 70-203U.
