§ 70-98.82. Landscaping — PCF.

A.
The front yard of all lots within the PUD-PCF Subdistrict shall consist of landscaped area bordering the public street with a minimum depth of 20 feet.

B.
The side and rear yards shall have a landscaped area of at least five feet in depth along the entire side and rear yard of the subject premises. Such landscaped areas shall be planted with drought-tolerant species as defined in § 70-98.11 to substantially screen the premises from any adjoining property.
