§ 55-36. Display of rates.

A tow truck owner shall have legibly inscribed on each side of the tow truck, in letters and numerals not less than one and one-half (1 1/2) inches in height, the lawful towing rates, except that the Town Clerk may waive this provision upon the determination that this provision is in conflict with requirements of other state or municipal authorities.
