§ 55-21. Additional information.

Every applicant for a driver's license shall, at the time of submitting his/her application, also:A.Submit two individual photographs of the applicant taken within 30 days prior to the date of the application, such photographs to be one and one-half by one and one-half (1 1/2 x 1 1/2) inches in size, and such pictures must be in a true likeness of the applicant and must show only neck, shoulders and uncovered head.B.Exhibit his/her current New York State operator's license for inspection.C.Provide a Department of Motor Vehicles report on his/her current operator's license.D.Be fingerprinted under the direction and supervision of the Town Clerk as provided by law, together with any fee as may be authorized.
