§ 42-15.1. Required allocations.

A.
Commencing with the first Town budget adopted after the effective date of this chapter, the Town budget will include a separate line item for revenues received under § 42-15 of this chapter.

B.
All such revenues shall be allocated to effectuate the legislative purpose established in § 42-2 of this chapter. In no event shall Town expenditures for such purposes be less than the total revenue so raised.
