§ 41B-16. Penalties for offenses.

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance or who shall counsel, aid or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of an offense against this ordinance and shall be punishable by a fine not in excess of five hundred dollars ($500.).
