§ 41B-12. Time limits.

  • A. 
    Parking a vehicle in a designated space in parking meter field shall be lawful by depositing the coin or coins as indicated on the meter, which shall be as follows: Twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each hour.
    B. 
    Said parking meter shall be operated in said parking meter fields every day between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, except Sundays and holidays; provided, however, that within the meaning of this ordinance, the term "holiday" shall include the following days only: New Year's Day, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Lincoln's Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Flag Day, the Fourth of July, the first Monday in September, Columbus Day, Election Day, Veterans Day, the day designated and set aside by the President of the United States as a day of Thanksgiving and the 25th day of December.
    C. 
    The maximum parking time for legal continuous parking in any one (1) metered space shall be limited and restricted to a period of not longer than two (2) hours at a time.
