§ 41B-4. Proof of ordinances, rules and regulations.

A. 

Every ordinance, rule and regulation adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Great Neck Park District pursuant to this delegation of power shall be entered in its minutes and published in a newspaper published in the district, if any, or in a newspaper having general circulation in the Park District and a printed copy thereof posted in a conspicuous place near the main entrance to the office of the Board of Commissioners, and affidavits of such publication and posting shall be filed with the Board of Commissioners and the Town Clerk of the Town of North Hempstead. Such ordinance, rule, regulation or amendment thereto shall take effect ten (10) days after such publication and posting or at such later date as may be set forth in the ordinance, rule, regulation or amendment thereto.

B. 

A certificate of the Secretary of the Board of Commissioners, setting forth the records of the Park District showing the adoption of one (1) or more ordinances, rules, regulations or amendments thereto, and the publishing and posting thereof, shall be presumptive evidence of such adoption, publication and posting in any action or special proceeding in any court or otherwise.
