§ 3-2. Payment of expenses.

All actual and necessary registration fees not in excess of fifty dollars ($50.), and all actual and necessary expenses of travel, meals and lodging, and all necessary tuition fees incurred in connection with the attendance at such schools, conventions, conferences and meetings shall be a charge against the Town of North Hempstead and be paid by the Comptroller upon the receipt of a certified claim therefor.
