§ 39-37. Bathing restricted.

Bathing in the vicinity of or from the Town docks or floats or in the water adjacent to the Town property south from the Town docks or from a westerly extension of the southerly line of Prospect Street or northerly from the Town dock to the end of the property owned by the Port Washington Water Pollution Control District is prohibited.
