§ 39-33. Use of parks restricted.

Use of Town parks shall be restricted to residents of the Town unless otherwise provided in a fee schedule approved by the Town Board. Where so required by the Commissioner, all persons entering any park will be required to present an official identification pedestrian entrance permit to be issued by the Commissioner. Use of special district pools shall be restricted to residents of the district.
