§ 35-9. Penalties for offenses.

A.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation, punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $250 per day.

B.
Each day's violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
