§ 24-60. Officers authorized to execute contracts and agreements.

A.
The following officers of the Town are hereby authorized and designated, in addition to the Supervisor, to execute on behalf of the Town any contract or agreement that has been authorized by the Town Board or applicable law:

(1)
Chief of Staff.

(2)
Director of Operations.

(3)
Director of Finance.

B.
Such officers shall exercise such authority only upon specific designation by the Supervisor providing the dates during which such authority may be exercised.
