§ 24-27. Tax levy limit override authorized.

The Town Board of the Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau, is hereby authorized to adopt a budget for the fiscal year 2013 that requires a real property tax levy in excess of the limit specified in General Municipal Law § 3-c.
