§ 23A-2. Definitions.

  • The term "administrative costs and expenses," as used in this chapter shall include the following budget items:
    A. 
    Personal services.
    (1) 
    Superintendent of Highways.
    (2) 
    Deputy Superintendent of Highways.
    (3) 
    Secretary to Superintendent of Highways.
    (4) 
    Clerk II.
    (5) 
    Clerk-Steno I.
    (6) 
    Attendant.
    (7) 
    Seasonal.
    (8) 
    Adjustments.
    B. 
    Expenses.
    (1) 
    Stationery and printing.
    (2) 
    Photographic materials.
    (3) 
    Telephone and communication systems.
    (4) 
    Rent.
    (5) 
    Legal notices.
    (6) 
    Conferences, meetings, schools, etc.
    (7) 
    Tools, parts and supplies.
    (8) 
    Gas, oil, etc.
    (9) 
    Repairs and maintenance.
    (a) 
    Office equipment.
    (b) 
    Operating equipment.
    (10) 
    Replacement and removal of flowers, shrubs and trees.
    C. 
    Any and all additional budget items pertaining to personal services and expenses which relate to the operation of the town's Highway Department.
