§ 10A-3. Establishment; boundaries.

The Central Business Improvement District of Port Washington shall be and hereby is established in the Town of North Hempstead, the Town Board having found that the establishment of the district is in the public interest, that all notice, mailing and hearing requirements have been complied with, that all properties located within the district will benefit from its establishment and that all property benefited is included in the boundaries of the district. The boundaries of said district are contained in the district plan filed with the Town Clerk on August 8, 1995, as set forth in Resolution 292-1995.
