§ TC24-68. Schedule XXIV: Fire Lanes.

In accordance with § 32, the following described locations are hereby designated as fire lanes:

A&P Shopping Center Old Country Road and Tennyson Avenue Westbury, New York	From a point 13 feet east of the southeasterly corner of the building complex, west along the building complex for 340 feet, having a width of 13 feet
Albertson Circle Shopping Center Willis Avenue and I.U. Willets Road Albertson, New York	Along the entire northerly wall of the building complex between the northerly wall thereof and the northerly curbline of the access driveway from Willis Avenue
	From the northeasterly corner of the access driveway from I.U. Willets Road, which is in line with the rear of the building complex, south along the curbline of the access driveway for 214 feet
An alley between 2062 and 2070 Lakeville Road New Hyde Park, New York	From the southwest corner of the sidewalk curbline, east for a distance of 98 feet, said fire lane having a width of 15 feet
Filene's Shopping Center Complex Route 25A (Northern Boulevard) and Shelter Rock Road Manhasset, New York	Beginning at a point 20 feet south of the curbline marking the entrance of the access driveway from Northern Boulevard, south for a distance of 210 feet, between the westerly curbline of said access driveway and the easterly curbline of said access driveway, having a width of 16 feet
Great Neck Terrace Apartment Complex Great Neck, New York	The entire access driveway which enters onto Terrace Circle and lies between Building No. 5 and Building No. 6
	The entire access driveway which enters onto Terrace Circle and lies between Building No. 3 and Building No. 4
	The entire access driveway which enters onto Terrace Circle and lies between Building No. 13 and Building No. 14
	The entire access driveway which enters onto Terrace Circle and lies between Building No. 21 and Building No. 22
	The entire access driveway which enters onto West Mill Drive and lies between Building No. 28 and Nassau Road
	The entire access driveway which enters onto West Mill Drive and lies between Building No. 25 and Building No. 26

Herricks Shopping Center Hillside Avenue and Herricks Road Williston Park, New York	Along the entire easterly side of the building complex between the easterly wall thereof and the easterly boundary line of the premises
New Hyde Park Shopping Center Marcus Avenue and New Hyde Park Road New Hyde Park, New York	From a point 57 feet east of the westerly parking lot curbline, which point is in line with the rear wall of the building complex, east for 145 feet, between the rear wall of the building complex and the southern boundary of the parking lot
North Shore University Hospital Complex Manhasset, New York	Fire lanes are established at the following locations, as shown on a map entitled "Building Location Plan," by Charles E. Ward, Inc., dated July 22, 1980, Drawing Number 28:
	The entire driveway adjacent to the complex, beginning at the northeast corner of the storage building and proceeding northeast and around a curve northwest to the fire hydrant in front of the northeastern face of the Cohen Pavilion
	The entire emergency room access driveway which enters from Community Drive
	The entire entrance driveway which enters the Community Drive and lies on the southern boundary of the complex to a point opposite the southeast corner of the first 2-story apartment building lying north of such access driveway
	The entire exit driveway which exits onto Community Drive and lies just north of the aforesaid southern entrance driveway
	The northerly curb of the access driveway adjacent to the main entrance, beginning at the commencement of the retaining wall curb and ending at a point opposite the building hydrants which are attached on the 1-story building which lies north of the 10-story tower building
	The southern curb of the access driveway adjacent to the main entrance, beginning at the commencement of the retaining wall and ending at a point adjacent to the southwest corner of the Cohen Pavilion, such area to include the driveway circle immediately in front of the main entrance
	A width of 31 feet, beginning at a point 27 feet northwest of a point 269 feet north of and 56 feet north of and opposite a point, which point is 309 feet east of the southern corner of the curbline of the access driveway from Community Drive, which driveway is known as "Entrance No. 3," then northeast for a distance of 82 feet
Parkway Plaza Shopping Center Glen Cove Road Carle Place, New York	Both sides of the driveway which is located on the south boundary on the complex in back of the buildings
	The eastern side of the driveway entering the complex from Westbury Avenue, beginning at the fire hydrant opposite the northeast corner of the first building and proceeding south to a point opposite the southeast corner of the last building
Pathmark Shopping Center Jericho Turnpike and Nassau Boulevard Garden City Park, New York	From a point 182 feet north of the north curbline of the access driveway from Marcus Avenue, west for 341 feet, having a width of 20 feet
	From the north curbline of the access driveway from Marcus Avenue, north for 182 feet, having a width of 18 feet
Seaman's Shopping Center Old Country Road Carle Place, New York	The area between the southernmost building of the shopping center and the remaining buildings of the shopping center lying north
Senior Citizens Complex 899 Broadway New Cassel, New York	A width of 12 feet, beginning at a point 111 feet north of the northwest corner of Broadway and Garden Street, north for a distance of 73 feet
	A width of 12 feet, beginning at a point 111 feet north of the northeast corner of Grand Street and Broadway, north for a distance of 76 feet
	A width of 18 feet, beginning at a point 184 feet north of the northwest corner of Grand Street and Broadway, northwesterly for a total distance of 333 feet, following the contours of the paved area
Shopping center complex Westbury Avenue and Glen Cove Road Carle Place, New York	From a point 5 feet south of the southwest corner of the shopping center complex, east for an area 377 feet long and 12 feet wide
	From a point 132 feet southeast of the northwest corner of the shopping center complex, southeast for an area that is 162 feet long and 13 feet wide
	From a point 58 feet southwest of the northeast corner of the shopping complex, encompassing the area in which the perimeter runs northwest for 118 feet, then west for 15 feet, then south for 41 feet, then east for 50 feet, then south for 44 feet, then east for 53 feet then northeast for 15 feet, then northwest to the place of beginning
Two Guys Plaza Hillside Avenue and Kaida Avenue New Hyde Park, New York	The access driveway in the rear of the complex, beginning at the southwest corner of the westernmost building and proceeding north to a point opposite the northwest corner of such building
Waldbaum's Shopping Center Jericho Turnpike and Marcus Avenue Garden City Park, New York	From a point on the easterly side of the access driveway onto Marcus Avenue, situated at the northerly boundary line of said shopping center and running in an easterly direction therefrom at a width of 22 feet along said northerly boundary to the northwesterly corner of the building complex a distance of 225 feet and continuing in an easterly direction between the northerly side of the building complex and the northerly boundary line of said shopping center to the northeasterly corner of said complex
Westerly Shopping Plaza 1050 Old Country Road Westbury, New York	A width of 28 feet from a point opposite the northeast corner of the stores and office complex, west for 107 feet
	A width of 15 feet, from the southeast corner of the curbline of the sidewalk in front of the stores and office complex, north for 153 feet
